The Reiki 

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that uses light touch and hand movements to restore balance and promote deep relaxation. It can help with sleep, pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and chronic symptom management.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner moves their hands above or on the client's clothed body to reduce stress and promote healing. Crystals and aromatherapy may also be used to enhance the flow of healthy energy.

Who is the Yoga High Reiki Practioner?

With 20 years of experience in the health care field, Susan O'Dell has felt the calling to be a healer her whole life. Working as a Registered Nurse in New York (first in the Intensive Care Unit, and then moving on to the Pediatric field, then to hospice care) she has cared for countless people, in every stage of their lives.  She began to realize that something was missing in healthcare and she wanted to try a more holistic approach. Reiki was the answer.

A Certified Level IV Traditional Usui Reiki Practitioner. She was trained in the traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki methods, with additional training in working with chakras. She has great respect and gratitude towards Reiki and it’s powerful healing qualities. She passes it along to her clients.
