What should I bring with me to class?

Just show up! If you have a yoga mat, towel, some blocks and a water bottle, that’s great. If not, no worries! The studio has everything you’ll need for sale or rent when you get here  

How should I prepare for class?

Hydrate! Be sure to drink plenty of water BEFORE you come to class. 

Eat light before your practice, everybody is different, but ideally not eating a huge meal right before practice is a good idea.

I'm not flexible, is yoga for me?

YES! Yoga is for everyone, flexibility comes in time with a consistent dedicated practice. There is no prerequisite for being able to practice yoga. Come as you are. ​
