Delia Kelly (Owner)

Yoga High is the brainchild of Delia Kelly, long time yoga practitioner and teacher of the Hudson valley. Delia found yoga in 2007 after reluctantly agreeing to attend class with a friend. In 2013 she completed teacher training at The Body Art Studio under the guidance of Michelle Dawson. After a decade of teaching all around the Hudson Valley, it has come time for her to put her teachings all under one roof.

Dana Gropper (Studio Angel)

Dana started practicing yoga a decade ago when her friend enticed her with it being a "great workout." Since then, she has found the true meaning of yoga as the connection of mind and body, and has grown tremendously through the lessons of her many amazing teachers that she is practiced with over the years.  Dana thrives on sharing her practice, and loves being able to spread the joy of yoga with her students in her education day job.

Dana completed here 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Alma Yoga in Newburgh, NY, along with 50 hours of Yin Teacher Training with Become One Wholeness in Lyndhurst, NJ.  On top of teaching (sporadically) at Yoga High, Dana is Delia's "right hand woman," there to help with any studio questions or concerns, and keeping Delia grounded since circa 2016

Yoga inspires Janessa to live each moment more mindfully. Because of her passion, she was wanted to share the practice of yoga, and went on to receive her Vinyasa Yoga certification from The Body Art Barn Studio in Blooming Grove, NY.

Andrea Fennell

Andrea thoroughly enjoys teaching at Yoga High this year after graduating from Delia's 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in June of 2022. She started learning about holistic healing and guided meditation as a child and has a bachelor's degree in vocal music. Her soothing voice and back massage helps when relaxing into restorative poses. She started practicing yoga in 2005 in Atlanta where she is originally from. Gratefully she discovered Delia when she moved to the Hudson Valley in 2018, and has taken her classes ever since. "My intention is to provide the opportunity for others to relax into their body. I truly feel that this release of tension and more can happen whenever you're open to receiving. Always happy to help!"

Jess Murray

In the past decade plus years that Jess has been practicing yoga, she has had the privilege to practice, study, and teach in places all around the world. From growing up in the sands of California, to studying yoga in the mountaintops of the Himalayas overlooking the temple of the Dalai Lama, to living in silence with the Buddhists in Thailand, to her philanthropic endeavors that include a non profit skills school for girls in Uganda, Jess brings these unique experiences into her classes and dharma talks. With a focus on both the physical and mental aspects of yoga, Jess designs her classes with the hopes of reminding us all that we can do hard things, that we are all part of something bigger, and that the lessons we learn on our mat can help us to live a life more connected and free from suffering. Come join Jess on your mat and find that more you have been looking for!

William Buk

Will a.k.a The Gangster Yogi I found the practice of yoga during the pandemic as a last resort to help with my lower back injury (3 herniated discs). Not only did I see positive results in a timely fashion but I fell in love with the practice as a whole. Getting the relief I was looking for was life changing for me and allowed me to live a higher quality of life with much gratitude. I've since stayed very active with my practice and noticed the mental wonders it was doing for me as well. Naturally I was intrigued and started asking more and more questions about yoga and its origins. Delia Kelly took notice to my curiosity and pushed me to take her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. I had no interest in teaching at the time but was definitely interested in learning more about the practice so I did it. I can honestly say finding Yoga and becoming a teacher has been the most pivotal and important part of my life so far. I'm more motivated than ever to further my practice and become a bad ass yogi who delivers some kick ass classes!
