COVID-19 Policies & Updates for Reopening
At Yoga High NY LLC, your health and safety is our top priority. We are taking all of the recommended precautions to keep you and our staff safe. Here’s what you need to know before returning to class in studio:

Preregistration is required for all classes, no exceptions

Limited class size of 10 students

Masks are required upon entry (bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not acceptable face coverings)

If you arrive without an acceptable face covering, masks will be made available at the door
-
Contactless check in upon arrival

Health checks upon entry (questionnaire/ temperature checks)

No prop rental in studio, please bring your own mat and props with you to class
-
Upon arrival place your mat in one of the marked boxes to ensure proper social distance between students

Please remain on your mat at all times when possible
-
Hand sanitizer will be available at the door and throughout the studio for use
-
Studio and bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each class
-
If you use the bathroom in studio we will ask that you wipe down any surface you may have touched with the Clorox wipes provided (door handles, faucets, etc.)

The studio is equipped with the recommended Merv 13 air filters
-
Doors will be left open when possible to aid in cross ventilation
*Please refrain from attending in person classes if you or anyone you have be in contact withhas experienced any of the following:

Knowingly been in close contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has symptoms of COVID-19

Tested positive for COVID-19 through a diagnostic test in the past 14 days
-
Experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
-
Traveled within a state with significant community spread of COVID-19 for longer than24 hours within the past 14 days

Illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell
-
Believe you have been exposed to someone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19
